  • Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Researching, pricing, and purchasing supplies
  • Coordinating and maintaining records
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Support staff in assigned project based work
